If you are a graduate of D-3 after graduation you will get a certificate showing that you've followed the D-3 education. At the time I entered public relations training, I obtained information from participants that in Indosat, employees are required to attend a training to acquire skills that are expected to support the performance. However, the certificate is also required to collect points to be taken into account for the acquisition of office or salary increase.
This is to assess and demonstrate that an individual has followed the process of learning to increase one's skill. So demand for the pursuit of knowledge and skills through a training is a must for companies like Indosat. In fact, every employee is required to visit the modules that have been provided on a regular basis through e-learning programs provided by the company.
